Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, integrate, test, and debug hardware and software collateral in simulation, emulation, or FPGA models to support testing new features.
  • •Write directed tests, develop test environments and hybrid emulation environments, and support verification of hardware and software/firmware.
  • •Define and develop new capabilities and tools to improve emulation or FPGA model usability for pre-silicon verification, post-silicon validation, and software development.
  • •Improve emulation usability by validating and debugging failing RTL tests, and guide verification teams on optimizing verification environments, test suites, and methodologies.
  • •Develop and use automation aids, flows, and scripts; participate in SoC and IP bring-up and root-cause issues across testbenches and emulator/FPGA environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in digital design (combinational, synchronous state machines, asynchronous) and computer architecture/interfaces (USB, UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe, etc.).
  • •Proficiency with hardware description languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL).
  • •Programming experience with C, C++, Python, Perl, and/or Java, plus FPGA design flow and Linux OS.
  • •Must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Mexico (not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship) and have intermediate to advanced English.
