Key Responsibilities

  • •Design vehicle operations learning programs spanning onboarding through advanced technical skills, qualification, certification, and ongoing proficiency.
  • •Partner with Vehicle Operations leaders, engineers, and SMEs to define proficiency requirements and translate operational, technical, and safety requirements into learning experiences.
  • •Create engaging hands-on learning using instructor-led training, vehicle-based practice, simulations, scenarios, assessments, job aids, and performance support.
  • •Leverage learning science and performance-based design to create learning journeys that drive measurable behavior, skill, and performance outcomes.
  • •Measure and continuously improve learning effectiveness using learner feedback, proficiency data, operational performance, and business outcomes with a focus on safety and readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, technical training, or learning program management.
  • •Strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design, needs analysis, and learning assessment.
  • •Experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise or similar learning-authoring tools.
  • •Proven ability to translate complex business, technical, and operational requirements into structured, practical learning solutions.
  • •Experience developing training across multiple formats (e-learning, documentation, presentations, video, and instructor-led/hands-on).
