Agent, Critical Incident Response Team - Chicago, IL

Serve as a front-line responder for DoorDash’s Critical Incident Response Team, monitoring and triaging real-time alerts to protect the global workforce, assets, and operations. Conduct facility patrols, manage badging and access control, escalate incidents through established CIRT protocols, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Maintain incident documentation, SOPs, and audit records in tools like Jira, and support emergency readiness and event protection around the clock.
