  • •Provide exemplary customer service by answering queries and adapting your approach to different customer personalities and needs.
  • •Learn and share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
  • •Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
  • •Support store operations including assisting with product deliveries, merchandising, and operating the till for transactions including returns and exchanges.
