Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for Asset Protection and employees in the Authentication Center.
  • •Provide entrance and building security, including bag checks, badge enforcement, and merchandise check-in/out procedures.
  • •Support shortage control, auditing, conflict resolution, and inventory-related duties in the facility.
  • •Conduct daily video reviews and assist with high-value investigations and special projects.
  • •Perform multiple daily/weekly/monthly Authentication Center audits to ensure safety and Asset Protection policies are followed.
