Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure tax compliance deadlines are met, including filing returns, managing tax payments, and responding to taxing authority notices.
  • •Compile, organize, and format data to support internal and external reporting, including identifying and researching reporting issues and recommending improvements.
  • •Prepare Federal and state sales, use, property, and excise tax returns for separate entities and consolidated filings.
  • •Support regulatory initiatives by gathering data and preparing regulatory schedules, pro-forma calculations, testimony, and data requests as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline (4-year degree).
  • •1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory, or a related field; previous tax experience in sales and use or property is preferred.

  • •Financial acumen, including relationships between core financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
