Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement teller operations and customer service policies, procedures, and systems while ensuring security procedures are followed.
  • •Coordinate and assign teller work to keep teller line flow and window coverage running smoothly.
  • •Perform and support teller functions including deposits, loan payments, receipts, and resolving out-of-balance conditions.
  • •Provide customer service by resolving requests and questions, presenting and explaining bank products, and cross-selling bank services.
  • •Supervise area personnel through delegation, training, compliance monitoring, performance support, and reporting while coordinating with branch and area management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of 2.5 years successful Teller experience (Same requirements as a Teller III).
  • •Thorough knowledge of Teller operations and procedures, including security procedures.
  • •Good understanding of bank operations and philosophy, with knowledge of basic accounting.
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills with supervisory and training ability.
