Bilingual Teller Supervisor (Full Time) - Houston, Northside

Supervise Teller operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and professional service for customers. Coordinate teller assignments and workflow, maintain security procedures, and resolve complex transaction and customer issues. Oversee daily balancing, inventory of negotiable items, customer service functions (including phone and mail), and cross-sell bank products. Provide leadership, training, and coaching to teller team members while completing required reports and coordinating with branch/area management.
