Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified Civil Engineer with significant pavement engineering and pavement design experience, ideally 15+ years in consulting.
  • •Chartered Engineer and/or RPEV accreditation (or working towards registration).
  • •Proven experience leading design and delivery of major pavement projects across aviation, ports and/or transport infrastructure.
  • •Recognised technical expertise in pavement design, rehabilitation, materials and construction methodologies, including Australian pavement design standards.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring engineers with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
