Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global initiatives to identify and eliminate high-risk manual touchpoints across Assembly, Test/Post E, Module/SSD, and HBM/PWF areas.
  • •Conduct onsite validation of manual touchpoints at the source, identify quality risks, and propose improvements to eliminate those touchpoints.
  • •Drive development and deployment of scalable solutions through physical automation/robotics, system automation, and Predictive Quality & Generative AI-enabled approaches.
  • •Provide program governance to ensure strategy, alignment, and consistent execution across all AT sites, including replication and scaling of proven solutions.
  • •Establish KPIs and scorecards for touchpoint elimination and develop AI-enabled dashboards integrating manufacturing systems to detect manual interventions and enable continuous quality improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Assembly & Test operations, quality engineering, or related technical fields.
  • •Strong understanding of Assembly & Test manufacturing processes and systems (Assembly, Test/Post E, Module/SSD, HBM/PWF).
  • •Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site improvement programs in a global manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and working knowledge of SQL and Python (AI experience is an advantage).
