•Design, develop and validate munitions components and systems
•Interpret customer requirements and provide design solutions, translating system requirements into actionable solutions
•Conduct engineering analyses, apply industry standards, and release designs for production and procurement
•Troubleshoot design and production processes based on theory and appropriate simulation tools of metal forming techniques
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design for manufacturability and compliance with defence security requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or Mechanical Engineering
•Industry experience following Systems Engineering practices for Design, Develop & Qualify the Solution

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
