Job Summary

Design and help deliver new digital products across the lending product portfolio, supporting adoption of new digital assets. Partner with front-line business stakeholders, Risk Stewards, and teams across Transformation, IT, and Global Risk Analytics to align and optimize strategic initiatives. Prepare business papers and briefings, build investment prioritization business cases, and provide product/technical knowledge to keep customer and RM needs central, while fostering relationships across CCM strategy owners.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the design and delivery of new digital products across the lending product portfolio.
•Partner with front-line stakeholders and Risk Stewards to enable smooth delivery and adoption of new digital assets.
•Support the Global P&D Architecture Team in delivering region-wide designs while considering local nuances globally.
•Prepare business papers/briefings and provide business cases to support CCM strategy execution and investment prioritization.
•Provide product and technical knowledge within strategic change programmes, keeping customer and RM needs at the center of product/service design and building relationships across departments responsible for CCM strategy.

•Credit and lending experience.
•Business architecture and operating model design experience.
•Ability to handle complex requirements and meet exacting timescales.
