Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct AI and security research on topics including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and agentic AI systems.
  • •Support innovation initiatives that use AI to improve business processes and Entrust’s digital security solutions.
  • •Design and build proof-of-concepts, pilots, and prototypes to evaluate new ideas, technologies, and security approaches.
  • •Research and validate security controls, best practices, and solution concepts for securing AI-powered systems and digital agents.
  • •Collaborate with AI, security, engineering, and product teams to gather requirements, develop AI solution components, test/evaluate outcomes, and document findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience.
  • •Strong critical thinking to analyze complex problems and evaluate solutions.
  • •Familiarity with Generative AI and practical experience building AI agents (programmatically or with AI coding tools like Codex, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code).
  • •Familiarity with AI development frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Anthropic SDK, Microsoft Foundry, or comparable tooling.
  • •Proficiency with Git, Docker, and Linux scripting, plus hands-on experience with 2+ object-oriented languages (preferred Go and/or Python) with design patterns and UML.
