Job Summary

Senior enterprise client success leader responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the largest and most strategic financial institution clients. You will drive adoption, retention, renewals, and revenue growth through strategic engagement, executive-level relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, R&D, Support, and Sales.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Strategic Client Oversight and Planning: Oversee the full client lifecycle from implementation to growth and renewal, designing engagement plans with clear objectives, timelines and KPIs.
•Build Meaningful Relationships: Forge deep, enduring relationships with clients across organizational levels to drive long-term success.
•Drive Revenue Growth: Partner with the Account Executive to develop account plans and strategies for expansion and revenue growth, including cross-selling and new project scoping.
•Deliver Engaging Presentations: Lead impactful product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences to drive adoption and revenue growth.
•Champion Adoption, Education, and Knowledge Sharing: Promote feature adoption and educate clients on software enhancements to support client success frameworks.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in client-facing roles within financial or wealth management firms
•Experience managing large enterprise clients (global banks, broker-dealers, wirehouses) or equivalent corporate environments
•Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
•Willingness to travel occasionally (travel may be required)
