Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

Lead strategic, complex ServiceNow transformations end-to-end—from architecture and roadmaps through design, implementation, rollout, governance, and continuous optimization. Act as Lead Architect and trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, running workshops to capture requirements and define reengineering and solution architecture. Own enterprise target architectures, multi-module expertise (e.g., ITSM/ITOM/CMDB), integration and app concepts, and provide pre-sales solutioning and technical leadership for consultants.
