Job Summary

Part of the Cabin Crew Rostering Department in Flight Operations, you will plan, optimise, and publish monthly cabin crew rosters, oversee a team, coordinate training schedules, and ensure fairness and compliance across fleet types while adapting rosters to operational changes and communications with Cabin Crew Division, SIASU, and crew members.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the planning, optimisation and publication of monthly cabin crew rosters, including development of strategies, scenario analysis, rule reviews and parameter adjustments in JCR and CM systems.
•Oversee timely publication of over 9,000 cabin crew rosters every month to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
•Plan and roster training (regulatory and service) for existing crew and new trainees to ensure operational qualification across aircraft types and multi-fleet capabilities, enabling timely deployment.
•Ensure fairness in flying hours and allowances across differently fleeted crews by analyzing and adjusting roster parameters for consistency and quality.
•Respond quickly to operational changes in network and aircraft to amend rosters prior to publication and maintain operational resilience.
•Foster good communication with Cabin Crew Division, SIASU, and crew to convey roster issues and respond to queries regarding rosters and fairness.
•Lead rostering team of 13 staff (3 Senior Associates and 10 Associates) to deliver accurate rosters and processes.

Key Requirements

•A good degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering or Information Technology.
•Experience in IT Projects is preferred.
•A team player, with positive attitude.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Excellent planning and organisation skills.
