Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the NEC Supervisor to fulfil duties related to construction of the Scheme
  • •Supervise contractors’ activities and monitor compliance with the contract scope
  • •Interpret works information and ensure contractor compliance with the works information
  • •Notify defects or NCRs and oversee corrective actions
  • •Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all site activities

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience as a highways or structures inspector on major transport infrastructure schemes
  • •Extensive experience in supervising contractors’ activities and monitoring contractor compliance with the contract scope
  • •Understanding of the works information and the ability to identify and record contractor compliance with the works information
  • •Notifying defects or Non Conformity Reports (NCRs) and overseeing correcting of such defects or NCRs
  • •Able to keep accurate and comprehensive records of all site activities
