Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately weigh inbound and outbound truck traffic while ensuring efficient flow of information, documentation, and vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
  • •Interact professionally with drivers handling inbound and outbound loads and provide outbound shipping documents to transportation carriers and haulers.
  • •Enter and audit data for incoming raw material shipments and verify data entries for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Prepare and distribute accurate shipping documentation and generate and distribute reports to plant leadership in a timely manner.
  • •Inspect inbound loads for contamination and quality concerns, monitor outbound loads for compliance, and maintain operational equipment (data entry systems, cameras, and related devices).
