Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including workflow orchestration, system integrations, and scalable automation use cases.
  • •Design and manage automation workflows to ensure scalability, stability, and measurable business impact.
  • •Build and manage orchestration pipelines across systems and drive standards for AI ethics, data privacy, and security with monitoring and audit trails.
  • •Translate functional requirements into AI-driven agent solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and control standards.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of automation projects/initiatives, including documentation and reporting to process teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Data Science) and/or Post Graduate (MCA or equivalent).
  • •Technical certifications in Microsoft Copilot/M365/Studio/Orchestra and RPA tools such as UiPath and Alteryx Advanced and Tableau (preferred).
  • •2 to 8 years of experience (range specified) in analytics, automation, and reporting.
  • •Practical generative AI experience (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) with prompt framing and applying AI outputs for business deliverables under appropriate controls.
  • •Strong hands-on UiPath Studio experience including Orchestrator, queues, triggers, and exception handling to design, develop, and test scalable automations.
