Build customer-first relationships while guiding shoppers to the right used vehicle at CarMax. As a Sales Consultant Trainee, you’ll complete paid training and mentorship, use CarMax inventory knowledge, and support the full sales journey including appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. You’ll provide clear, honest information, maintain accurate transaction documentation, collaborate with your team, and follow EH&S requirements in a professional, fast-paced store environment.
