Deputy Construction Director

Lead and manage multiple related construction teams to deliver industrial construction projects, driving departmental planning, construction execution, and alignment with schedule and cost goals. Own site execution and coordinate operations across safety, quality, client interface, procurement, materials, engineering, and HR. Develop and sell the project execution plan, manage change and productivity risks, and ensure compliance with McDermott policies, HSSE culture, and quality management requirements.
