•Support the team sales process by participating in outbound calls, checking for client offers, and fulfilling needs or referring to branch specialists.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and help deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
•Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
