Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards, and enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors, including maintaining accurate records of employee attendance.
  • •Analyze blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • •Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol; handle site accidents according to established procedures.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an engineering-related discipline (Mechanical, Electrical).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction principles, structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, and to analyze plans to meet design, safety, and budget requirements.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support project analysis and documentation.
