Job Summary

Investigate and resolve global trust & safety cases for TikTok, including reviewing sensitive content across the Brazilian market. Produce incident reports, communicate findings and escalation rationale, and analyze trend data to recommend process improvements. Perform root-cause analyses to drive corrective actions and prevent recurrence, while partnering cross-functionally with Trust & Safety, Public Policy, Legal, Product, and Engineering. Lead projects and manage escalations across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, manage, and resolve global cases reported across multiple channels, including reviewing potentially graphic, controversial, or offensive content across the Brazilian market.
•Craft incident reports and communicate analysis, findings, and escalation rationale to key stakeholders.
•Analyze incident trend data to identify process improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for processes, policies, and products.
•Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and lead ad hoc and strategic projects through implementation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.
•Proficiency in Portuguese (reading and writing) for reviewing local-language content and communicating with government entities.
•Strong knowledge of political dynamics, threat actors, social media challenges, trust & safety abuse vectors, and the regulatory landscape.
•Experience handling regulatory inquiries and compliance frameworks with a process-oriented incident management approach.
•Ability to manage escalations, collaborate with globally distributed teams, and work across time zones with weekend shifts as needed.
