Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot Williams’ mechanical equipment supporting high-tech data center energy projects, including gas turbines, reciprocating engines, and medium-voltage power distribution. Perform hands-on inspections and repairs, read drawings, support pipeline operations, and diagnose technical issues. Collaborate to analyze operational data, follow safety and compliance procedures, keep accurate records, and assist with preventive maintenance—while building into a trusted site resource across rotating shifts and occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Keep mechanical equipment operating safely and smoothly by performing hands-on tasks such as reading drawings, inspecting gear, and supporting pipeline operations.
•Collaborate with teammates to analyze operational data and troubleshoot technical or operational challenges.
•Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient, safe operations and maintain compliance with permits.
•Learn and apply requirements for safe facility operations while protecting team, community, environment, and assets.
•Maintain accurate records, complete reports/logs, support preventive maintenance, and assist with other projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED, with the ability to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations.

•At least 6+ months mechanical or technical experience (Technician I) or 2+ years related experience (Technician II) or 3+ years technician experience (Technician III), or 6+ years for Technician Sr.
•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
