Assistant Store Manager

Lead day-to-day store performance at the Southwharf Levi’s store alongside the Store Manager. Help develop and execute retail business strategies, track sales and performance goals, and support the training and development of team members. Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and store opening/closing procedures, while resolving customer concerns and escalating elevated issues to ensure great customer experiences. Drive a high-energy sales and service culture.
