  • •Support client meeting preparation for ARC Services, including structured interviews and capturing key learnings.
  • •Analyze client feedback and use cases to improve existing services and identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Create tailored briefing packs and client-facing materials (e.g., benchmark one-pagers, proposal packs, pilot reports, and deliverables).
  • •Support client meeting preparation, including structured client interviews and capturing key learnings.
  • •Analyze client feedback and recurring challenges to identify improvements to services and opportunities for new resilience solutions.
