Lead Salesforce’s SOX 360 Program Office as a strategic advisor for global enterprise business processes. Key Responsibilities

•Support a changing SOX landscape by driving process improvement and acting as strategic advisors to the company.
•Provide end-to-end business expertise to support SOX readiness and program maturation activities.
•Own assigned process areas as a subject matter authority, including controls, policies, and external accounting/reporting guidelines.
•Review current processes to identify risk and improvement areas, design controls, and evaluate deficiencies to reduce operational risk.
•Own relationships with external auditors, coordinating walkthroughs and aligning scope and thresholds, while mentoring and developing team members.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of related audit and accounting experience, preferably across public accounting and private industry.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Previous experience supporting a company’s SOX program and designing/implementing internal controls within a large management-led SOX organization.
•Strong background in public company SOX compliance, accounting, and finance processes, including control design and operational efficiency.
•Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes, including ASC 606 and auditing requirements (PCAOB and US GAAP).
