Production Supervisor

Lead day-to-day operations for a manufacturing department by enforcing safety/EHS requirements, ensuring Constellium policies and regulations are followed, and driving Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives. Monitor machine centers and metal flow, manage inventory tracking and control, resolve conflicts and drive corrective actions, and ensure each shift is staffed and assigned to the right equipment. Track toolbox talks and safety meetings while upholding quality standards for materials and finished products.
