Job Summary

Design and deliver end-to-end upskilling and reskilling programs for Pernod Ricard’s LEAP global transformation. You’ll define LEAP learning and capability frameworks, structure learning journeys across transformation phases, pilot and industrialize programs for affiliates and the central LEAP team, and build capability via train-the-trainer and workshops. Partner with PRU and Transformation Adoption teams to integrate learning into the PRU Learning Experience Platform (powered by Degreed) and continuously measure impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement the global learning and capability framework for LEAP in alignment with PRU standards and the LEAP roadmap.
•Structure learning journeys aligned with LEAP phases and embed learning approaches into program milestones using a 70/20/10 approach.
•Design, pilot, and industrialize LEAP upskilling programs for local affiliate teams and reskilling journeys for the central LEAP team.
•Deliver or co-facilitate workshops and upskill HR teams, LEAP Change Leads, and internal facilitators to autonomously run learning programs.
•Collaborate on planning, reporting, and continuous improvement; integrate learning content into the PRU Learning Experience Platform (powered by Degreed) and PRU quality standards.

•Strong background in global transformation contexts, ideally tied to ERP, process, or operating model transformations.
•Expertise in learning design, facilitation, and train-the-trainer approaches.
•Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder, international environments.
•Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (French is a strong advantage).
