Key Responsibilities

  • •Guarantee passengers' safety and comfort on every trip.
  • •Drive on different TBM network lines (bus and tramway) with professionalism and obey traffic rules.
  • •Welcome, inform and accompany travelers as a true network ambassador.
  • •Manage ticket sales and invite validation of transport titles.
  • •Demonstrate vigilance and responsiveness to incidents to ensure service continuity, in coordination with the Operations Command Center.
