Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with clients to build relationships, manage stakeholders, understand business imperatives, and execute HR solutions aligned to business needs.
  • •Proactively explore, pilot, and integrate emerging technologies (including AI) to improve core HR processes and talent strategies.
  • •Support planning, delivery, and facilitation of performance & talent management, leadership development, change management, succession planning, associate surveys, and organizational design.
  • •Develop walk-around decks, communications, data analysis, and training materials, including facilitating sessions such as “train the trainer.”
  • •Use data-driven insights to problem-solve and consult on strategic initiatives, while sharing corporate banking trends and best practices to improve offerings.

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of client-facing experience or at least 2 years of consulting experience (or a combination).
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite products.
  • •Preferred: Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or a combination).
