Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical engagement with one or more IHV accounts across multiple product categories to support Xeon server design wins.
  • •Proactively resolve technical issues that could block design wins, including driving CCBs and other customer support actions.
  • •Execute customer- and ecosystem-driven POCs to demonstrate the value of new technologies and improve Xeon server competitiveness and adoption.
  • •Work with IHV partners to test, debug, and validate IO devices on new Xeon server platforms.
  • •Collaborate with validation engineers to improve test coverage and translate requirements into functional requirements, POCs, CCBs, and validation test cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •6+ years working with IO protocols, standards, and technologies including PCIe, CXL, and UALink.
  • •6+ years working with server architecture and systems, including firmware and driver stacks, and rich IO configurations.
  • •Hands-on functional testing focused on current and next-generation technologies (e.g., PCIe 6/7, CXL 3/4) and interpreting validation/test results.
  • •Advanced English and an unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship).
