Junior structural engineer to join WSP’s Building Structures team in Adelaide. You’ll deliver part of a high-performing, collaborative group, contribute to diverse Australian building projects, work with BIM workflows, and develop your design skills across sectors. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in line with technical, commercial and regulatory standards and aligned with schedules and budgets
•Work on iconic projects within a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver a range of engineering projects
•Support the wider team and other teams within the company nationally when opportunities arise
•Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and maintain a strong team-oriented approach
•Maintain ongoing communication and professional relationships with local clients and contribute to more efficient workflows through continuous improvement

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
•1-3 years post-graduate industry experience
•Demonstrated experience on large Australian or New Zealand building structures projects in the Commercial Building and Property sector
•Exposure to a range of local building sectors (e.g., transport, health, commercial, defence)
•Proficiency with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept; BIM/NavisWorks/Revit familiarity is advantageous
