Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ICT and security systems for mega-scale projects. Lead and review technical designs for ICT and security infrastructure to ensure compliance with global and local standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities

•Act as BTS Lead, overseeing end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ICT and security systems for mega-scale projects.
•Lead, guide, and review technical design of ICT and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global and local standards and client requirements.
•Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and design assurance for multidisciplinary teams.
•Manage integration of ICT and security systems across complex project environments.
•Coordinate and manage stakeholders and ensure project delivery, technical compliance, and high-quality documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, ICT, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
•10+ years of proven experience in ICT and security engineering, leading large-scale or complex projects.
•Strong background in ICT and security systems, including experience on mega-scale projects in the region.
•Leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver under challenging project conditions.
•BICSI certification preferred; additional ICT/security-design professional certificates are an advantage.
