Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the client by ensuring contract requirements and project deliverables are met.
  • •Review construction contracts and create written testing schedules; conduct construction testing and support safety reporting.
  • •Perform periodic site walks for quality assurance, safety compliance, and project tracking; inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment.
  • •Maintain accurate, detailed written records of project progress and manage defects/omissions and punchlist oversight.
  • •Lead project teams by assigning tasks and holding team members accountable; coordinate outage/shutdown procedures and advise on work issues.
