Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure shipments and receipts are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards.
  • •Execute daily shipping and receiving, including preparing, staging, loading, labeling, and shipping materials per the shipping plan and coordinating loading times and carrier pickups.
  • •Create, verify, and maintain shipment records and documentation (BOLs, packing lists, load sheets) in AS400 and Vista.
  • •Receive and inspect incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, update inventory transactions, and complete daily receiving close-out.
  • •Identify and report material, shipping, or inventory discrepancies, support follow-up actions, operate material handling equipment, and maintain accurate system updates and inventory traceability while complying with EHS and 5S+ standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Forklift or Pallet Jack Certification, or ability to be trained upon hire.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and push or pull up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • •Basic computer skills and ability to navigate enterprise systems (AS400, Vista, PowerBI preferred), including reading and interpreting shipping documents and schedules.
