  • •Own Global Roaming vertical strategy end-to-end, translating it into an operating plan and running it day to day.
  • •Productize Global Roaming by driving feature development, improving quality control, and partnering with Finance on rate structure and commercial optimization.
  • •Own dashboards and turn coverage, quality, cost, and usage data into actionable insights for the roadmap.
  • •Manage provider relationships and provider/coverage/commercial performance, resolving escalations and governing commercial conditions.
  • •Improve roaming quality via testing/QA, and take ownership of roaming escalations and troubleshooting across Support, Product, and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years in an analytical, operational, or commercial leadership role in tech, consulting, telecom, or a fast-paced startup, owning strategy end-to-end.
  • •Experience owning a P&L and/or leading a team is a strong plus.
  • •Strong problem-solving and attention to detail, comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new tools quickly.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication coordinating with external providers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • •A proactive, hands-on mindset to work through provider portals, spreadsheets, and testing devices to resolve issues.
