FP&A & Internal Control Manager

Own management control for Hermès Malaysia, including forecasting (annual budget and 3-year plan), reforecasting quarterly estimates, and analyzing profitability with a focus on inventory, margins, and stock. Lead internal control activities as Internal Control Officer, including internal audit follow-ups, risk monitoring across cash/stock/fixed assets, compliance assessments, and store/head-office process reviews. Partner closely with senior management and cross-functional teams on financial analysis, investment business plans, and risk prevention.
