Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing M&A transactions and financial advisory services.
  • •Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and valuation assessments for client pitches and transactions.
  • •Prepare detailed financial models, pitch books, and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • •Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and liaise with legal, compliance, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
