Job Summary

Drive commercial banking growth for middle-market companies by building a strategic client acquisition pipeline and expanding an existing portfolio. Own sales production goals across new loan fundings, deposits, PxV, and Commercial Card spend, while ensuring strong client coverage and best-in-class experiences. Partner with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities and manage deals from inception to close, while managing credit, regulatory, reputational, operational, and other risks.

•Partner across the firm to identify client opportunities and oversee/manage deals from inception to close.
•Stay current on banking products, financial markets, regulations, and business trends to build a strong knowledge base.
•Manage risk/return and drive deal quality by identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.

Key Requirements

•Advanced knowledge of banking products and services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess client needs.
•Formal credit training (commercial credit certification or equivalent) or commensurate underwriting experience.
•Self-starter with a persistent approach to exceeding calling metrics and production goals.
