Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement enterprise infrastructure platform services that power scalable, secure, policy-enforced production operations across the software delivery lifecycle. Build control plane components, event-driven automation, and policy-as-code enforcement engines integrated with developer self-service, governance gates, and observability. Lead complex infrastructure initiatives, drive compliance with technology standards, and troubleshoot reliability and performance issues at enterprise scale using modern CI/CD and resilient architectures.

•Implement executives’ strategic goals and create short- to mid-term operational plans for infrastructure areas.
•Design, build, and direct enterprise infrastructure technology platforms across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, or middleware domains.
•Develop advanced automation, monitoring, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.
•Lead large, complex technical infrastructure initiatives involving cross-departmental teams.
•Troubleshoot critical infrastructure performance and reliability issues and ensure compliance with technology governance/standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
•Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
•Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
•Experience implementing production microservices using Python (FastAPI) and/or Java with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
•Hands-on experience with policy-as-code (Open Policy Agent/OPA and Rego) and event-driven architectures (e.g., Apache Kafka).
