Key Responsibilities

•Ensure consistent execution of standard planning processes across operations centers and lead OC and factory planning teams to achieve high product availability through KPI management.
•Build, develop, motivate, and lead the OC planning team, driving planning initiatives and cross-functional alignment to meet service levels.
•Drive allocation decisions and execute planning directions and priorities to satisfy customer demand while considering Tier1/Tier2 manufacturing constraints.
•Monitor and communicate factors impacting Tier1/Tier2 delivery performance, lead bottleneck identification, and drive corrective actions to improve delivery outcomes.
•Ensure sourcing operations comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy and adidas standards and legal requirements, while role-modeling Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
•Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Good knowledge of the Sporting Goods industry.
•Strong influencing, people, presentation, and communication skills.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills and fluent English (written and spoken).
