Supervisor Production - B Shift - Dakota City Plant

Oversee B-Shift production at the Dakota City plant to maintain safety, quality, and high yields. You’ll review daily production orders, ensure staffing and line readiness, and monitor machinery performance. Manage team exercises and job rotations for ergonomics, coordinate processing operations with other supervisors, and maintain accurate records for shipments, inventory coding, and reworked/returned product while ensuring USDA inspection readiness.
