Unit Sales Manager West Delta & Alexandria

Lead go-to-market execution for direct distribution across the West Delta and Alexandria region, owning key distribution KPIs and driving monthly targets down to rep level. Build and strengthen the capability bench, manage operational performance for Sub DBs (stock, aging, receivables, utilization, service levels, claims cycle), and ensure execution of below-the-line activities with a focus on price stability. Monitor competition, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and report opportunities to management.
