Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and grow the Production Engineering team (software support, site-reliability, hardware-configuration), setting priorities and owning execution and quality.
  • •Own end-to-end integration of humanoid subsystems and drive acceptance under Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at Robot Park and customer sites.
  • •Champion on-site deployment, bring-up, and commissioning for internal and external customers.
  • •Establish reliability standards, tooling, and on-call practices for fleet uptime in real-world field conditions.
  • •Own centralized fleet deployment and rollout (canary, staged, cascading) plus the observability/monitoring that enables rollout decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Formal people-management experience hiring, developing, and directing engineers.
  • •8+ years of software/robotics engineering experience, or 4+ years of direct humanoid/manipulation/teleoperation domain experience, including a lead/ownership role.
  • •Proven technical leadership delivering complex cross-disciplinary systems.
  • •Hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and commissioning complex hardware/software systems in the field, ideally robots.
  • •Strong systems breadth across Linux, networking (DDS/UDP/TCP), provisioning/configuration management (Ansible), and software (C++/Python).
