Job Summary

Own Fleetio’s maintenance product strategy and roadmap for high-usage workflows including work orders, inspections, issues, service entries, preventive maintenance schedules, and parts and inventory. Deeply understand how fleets coordinate in-house shops and outsourced vendors, then partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market to deliver data-informed features. Guide work through discovery to launch and optimization, driving adoption, reliability, and automation that keeps vehicles safe, compliant, and available.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the product strategy and roadmap for core maintenance workflows, tools, and automations (work orders, inspections, issues, service entries, preventive maintenance, parts and inventory).
•Drive Fleetio’s vision of running maintenance in one connected system across in-house teams and external vendors.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with research, design, engineering, data science, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop strategies and make informed decisions.
•Continuously generate and test hypotheses to iterate and improve the maintenance product experience for automation and cost control.
•Guide features through the full cycle from discovery and specification through test, delivery, launch/GTM, analysis, and optimization.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in product management in modern B2B technology-driven SaaS environments, owning core product areas end-to-end.
•BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Experience owning complex, workflow-heavy products where reliability and operational depth are critical.
•In-depth knowledge of product management best practices with fluency with data.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product strategies and decisions.
