Strategically bridge Crusoe’s AI infrastructure offerings with top AI labs by shaping the product roadmap and capacity planning through high-stakes, multi-year cloud deals. You’ll translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmap inputs, coordiante with DIG and energy teams, and lead GTM efforts for offerings like Managed Inference and Bare Metal clusters, aligning customer demand with infrastructure investments.

Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Strategic deal orchestration: Lead and close nine-figure, multi-year compute and managed inference deals with leading AI developers to drive large-scale revenue growth.
•Customer-driven roadmap integration: Translate highly technical requirements into actionable directives for Crusoe’s Product and Engineering leadership to stay ahead of market needs.
•Cross-functional synchronization: Partner with Data Center Infrastructure (DIG) and Energy teams to map customer model architecture impacts to power procurement and site planning.
•GTM strategy and commercialization: Drive go-to-market for complex offerings (Managed Inference, Managed K8s, Bare Metal) and ensure Sales/Marketing win.
•Stakeholder management: Act as a technical authority and negotiator, aligning long-term infrastructure investments with customer demand.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of high-level experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships within the technology sector.
•Bachelor's degree is required for this position; MBA strongly preferred.
•Technical foundation in cloud infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, networking, storage) and ability to discuss complex architectures with engineers.
•Proven track record structuring and closing massive cloud deals (nine-figure, multi-year) and driving revenue growth.
•Extensive commercial acumen with elite communication skills to convey technical concepts to executive audiences.
