Own the product strategy and build compliance capabilities for cross-border payments. You’ll design KYC systems and automated KYC review flows to meet AML/regulatory requirements while reducing false accept/reject rates and onboarding friction across scenarios like e-wallets and digital lending. Lead industry research and roadmap planning, collaborating deeply with compliance, business, engineering, operations, and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

•Design global payment compliance KYC systems, including customer information collection and verification decision-making capabilities to meet AML and regulatory requirements and minimize false acceptance.
•Design automated KYC review product flows for complex scenarios such as e-wallets and digital lending to reduce onboarding friction and minimize false rejection.
•Lead industry research for global payment compliance systems and use ByteDance mid-platform technologies to drive international compliance innovation.
•Design product solutions aligned with long-term goals and roadmap planning.
•Engage in deep-dive discussions with compliance officers, business owners, engineers, operations, and auditors to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•More than 5 years of experience building AML compliance products and/or customer onboarding KYC/KYB solutions.
•Deep understanding of AML and sanctions policies and control procedures.
•Experience conducting product research and monitoring business and compliance risk metrics, with ownership of product roadmap planning.
•Strong communication skills to lead cross-functional discussions with compliance, business, engineering, operations, and auditors.
