Job Summary

Support the LIVE Operations team in London to help creators and agencies run TikTok LIVE smoothly. You’ll assist with daily operational issue resolution, help develop and localize creator education materials, and support localized campaign planning and execution. The role also involves collecting and analyzing operational challenges from creator managers, contributing to short-term projects (events and online initiatives), and supporting community engagement communication strategies.

•Assist in resolving day-to-day issues creators encounter during the LIVE process, including operational hurdles and trust & safety concerns.

•Support planning, localizing, and executing campaigns, and summarize results for future improvements.
•Collect and analyze operational challenges from creator managers’ daily workflows and organize feedback to improve operational efficiency.
•Support execution of short-term projects, including in-person events and online initiatives, and help design communication strategies to engage LIVE creator communities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
•Internship availability for at least 4 months (6 months preferred).
•Strong proficiency in English for communication and writing with stakeholders.
•Basic data analysis skills using various data analysis tools.
•Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with a proactive hands-on attitude.
