Job Summary

Own technical outcomes across the full deal cycle and post-sales deployments. Partner with Account Executives on discovery, qualification, demos, and tailored POCs/POVs using real data and integrations. Lead hands-on implementations, environment provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting. Build and maintain integrations and scripts, develop modules/workarounds, and support feature design by partnering with QA and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, and technical strategy.
•Deliver tailored demos and run hands-on POCs/POVs in prospect environments using real integrations and data.
•Lead hands-on technical implementation for new deployments, including provisioning, configuration, and data source connections.
•Troubleshoot complex software modules and provide fixes or workarounds based on issue reports from support and customers.
•Design and configure integrations, write automation scripts/tools, and contribute to feature design with QA/development teams.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience writing production code in Python and Java.
•Experience leading or supporting technical implementations/deployments with hands-on customer work, including on-site visits.
•Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical, structured problem-solving approach.
•Experience building REST API integrations and authentication flows (OAuth/SAML), including webhooks and data mapping.
•Experience with databases (particularly MongoDB) and networking fundamentals (HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, DNS) with Linux and scripting (bash/shell).
